Challenges and Solutions

The focus was finding a new brand without crossing ideas with existing brands. Developing a website that works without glitches or bad UX was number one priority:

  • Finding the right identity: The right color scheme, symbol and logo. This journey took many turns and alterations but we managed to find the right fit for the right target audience

  • Website design: As many online stores, we found out that presentation and a smooth user experience is crucial. Thankfully the creative flow had no limit and we produces a very beautiful website.

Customer service is the priority for this client. Having multiple gateways for customers to find any answer to their questions or contact support was always integrated in the design.


The products need to always have a clear description and scientific facts, which allowed us to use typology in a very productive manner to enhance the design.
