Afasian kuntoutustutkimus ry on perustettu vuonna 1985. Yhdistyksen tarkoituksena on tukea ja edistää afasian kuntoutusta ja afasiaa koskevaa tutkimusta ja toimia ensisijaisesti tällaista tutkimusta aktiivisesti suorittavien henkilöiden yhdystoimijana.

The challenges were split into two major axes:

  • Finding the right identity: The right color scheme, symbol and logo. Regarding the sensitive topic that AKRy operates within, choosing the right logo that could appeal to all generations, also lasts for the lasing future was the main object. 

  • Website design: The challenge was to present lot of information without making look cramped and without having the need to discard white space.

We added some options for printing projects , banners and social media applications.

 

There are somethings that you can not do with the logo, like applying an overlay besides the theme colors. Also, we can not use other colors than the ones shown in here.

 

It is crucial to follow the hierarchy, balance and unity of the typeface and colors on every application.
